Ava at 6 weeks old

I can't believe that Ava is 6 weeks old already. It is amazing how time passes so quickly. She is growing so fast and changing so much. At around a month old she started grinning and now she smiles so much of the time. Of course, Bradley and I can't get enough of it. She is so cute!

Today, I ventured out with Ava for the first time by myself. The farthest we had been alone (except for walking her in a stroller) was down to Joe and Anne's house one night. But today, we successfully made a trip to Hastings (a book and movie store) and Wal-Mart all by our lonesome selves. It was a good trip and Ava slept through most of it.

Well, here are some pictures I have taken over the past week. She loves her bouncer (Thanks Uncle Ray and Aunt Donna!), which Bradley calls her Naughty Chair. We also discovered this week that she loves the sound of whistling. You can see her being whistled to in the picture of her and her Pop. Too sweet!
