Two weeks of fussiness and still no top tooth. Ava has decided to stop sleeping through the night and has decided that 5:30 is the perfect time to wake up in the morning (which means that it is the perfect time for Daddy to get up too!). Oh well, maybe when this tooth finally comes in.
As you all know, we are working on the more solid foods for Ava and her Nana has started to give her fruit. So far, she enjoys apples and bananas. I have yet to see the banana, but saw the apple (which makes for 1 dirty kid!). Here are some apple pictures:
She is also an avid explorer, whether in her walker or crawling on the floor. She takes off and then she's gone. One place she likes to go is her little basket filled with books. She will drag them all out, flip through them, chew on them, and just play with them for a while. You had to know my kid would be a bookworm! It is too cute!
