Days 3, 4, and 5 of Dr. Seuss Week for Ava

Day 3 - wear green day. We made "green eggs and ham" snacks.

Day 4 - stripes day

Day 5 - crazy mismatch day - we made Thing 1 and Thing 2 cupcakes for this. Note to self- cotton candy goes on at the last minute because the moisture in the frosting causes the cotton candy to melt. :(

Shamrock Shakes

I found my first Shamrock Shake of the year today. I figured my kids would hate the flavor, so it was a good bet that it would be safe from them. No such luck! My little leprechaun downed my shake in no time!

Dr. Seuss Week

This week is Read Across America week and Ava's school has been doing fun little activities and dress up days. The first two days were Crazy Sock Day and Kid in the Hat day. Here is Ava dressed up for the first two days. :)

Valentine's Day Recap

Little Choctaws - End of the Year 2011-2012

Last week we finished up the year of cheer for Ava. The game pictures were actually Feb 4th. but the banquet for the end of the year was last week. Ava did an exceptional job this year with cheer. She had a great time and loved doing it.

The banquet however, was another story. Ava and I went while Bradley stayed home with Harrison. She had just been sick and I am going to say that was part of the reason she was so mean that night. We survived though and I am glad I got some pictures that look like she was super sweet. :)

This Boy and This Girl....

This boy and this girl keep me laughing all the time. They are a never-ending source of humor and fun. Don't get me wrong, they have their moments, but overall, they love each other and are so funny together. I can't imagine one without the other. :)

Notice Ava's name on her dress - She did that before church so people would know who she was. :)
