ReplyDeleteI love it when you post several pictures of Ava at one time. These were abviously taken on the same day, in the same outfit, so there are many similarities, and, yet, there is such diversity to the pictutes! You have such a good eye for photography.....You not only know how to get good pictures, but you know what to do with them on the blog, too. I am intrigued by what you do. I love the pictures in color, but there is just something about the black and white ones that makes me want to linger and look for a much longer period of time. The play of light/shadow is interesting, but I never really noticed that until I started seeing Ava in black and white! The large b/w picture of Ava is spectacular! I can't tell you exactly what there is about it that I like so much, but I just love it! It looks like something one would see in the portfolio of a professional photographer!The combination of your knack for photography, and Ava being such a photogenic subject, has made my 60-year-old eyes see things in a whole new way, and I thank you for that! I appreciate all the time you spend keeping such a wonderful record of Ava's life, and as the years go by, you will be so happy you did it! Ava is a lucky little girl in oh, so many ways! :)
